Position: General Manager
About: Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer and premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care, hair care, and salon services, is looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead a high-performing team at one of their retail stores. Ulta Beauty offers a wide range of beauty products from well-established and emerging brands, along with full-service salon experiences in every store.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience; proficiency in financial management, retail management, and leadership management; strong technology skills, excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities; ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays; must be available to close the store at least once a week; willingness to attend corporate meetings and conferences with potential overnight stays and travel; must maintain valid identification for airline travel.
