Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize departmental functions, and handle problems efficiently. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
