Position: General Manager
About: The Wayfarer Downtown LA, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is currently seeking a driven and dynamic General Manager to join their team. The establishment offers a unique boutique property with social club, underground bar, and rooftop bar, providing guests with an immersive experience in the heart of Los Angeles.
Requirements: Independent/Boutique Hotel management experience; Full-service experience required; At least 5-7 years’ experience as a General Manager within hotel operations demonstrating progressive career path responsibilities; Strong English skills, both oral and written; Experience in hiring, training, supervision, forecasting, budget preparation, and cost control; Capable of putting together and directing an efficient, effective team
