About: This oceanfront Residence Inn Pompano Beach is looking for a dedicated and committed General Manager to lead the team in implementing property-wide strategies and maintaining brand culture. The hotel offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is centrally located near Ft. Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton, providing stylish accommodations and oceanfront dining experiences.
Requirements: 5 years of experience managing Marriott Full or Select Service Properties; experience with Revenue Management; professional communication skills, oral and written; actively supervises, motivates, and assists with disciplining employees; assists with hiring and training of all new employees; ability to work in a high-energy and demand environment; organization and leadership skills; demonstrates strong leadership skills and is a team player; works well under pressure; can effectively solve problems
