Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial is a leading title lending company under the TitleMax brand, providing financial solutions through title loans, pawns, and personal loans across 14 states with over 900 locations since 1998.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale, Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use; at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds; ability to work a full-time schedule with some weekend hours
