Position: General Manager
About: Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer and a premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skincare products, hair care products, and salon services, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering top-line sales growth at their store. The GM will be responsible for driving the store’s business performance through sales, service, and expense control, talent acquisition and development, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience; financial management skills; retail management experience in inventory control and merchandising; leadership management abilities; proficiency with Point of Sale system, Microsoft Office programs, and Apple devices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
