About: Goldfish Swim School, the fastest-growing national learn-to-swim program, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of swim schools in Yorktown Heights, New Rochelle, or Yonkers. Requirements: College Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent desired; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification ideal; problem-solving and creative thinking skills; experience with CRM software and sales tracking; leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; passion for customer service and upholding core values; ability to work some evenings and weekends; must pass background examinations
