Position: General Manager
About: Downright Austin, a Renaissance Hotel located at 701 East 11th Street in Austin, Texas, is looking for a General Manager to lead their upscale hotel near the University of Texas campus. The hotel offers 367 bold and inviting rooms and suites, 17,000 square feet of event space, a recently renovated Morningbird Café, and a fun restaurant concept called Swim Club.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of five years of prior GM experience, F&B group hotel, and rooms experience; organized, detail-oriented, and able to motivate and lead hospitality teams; strong sales background and networking skills; ability to work effectively with ownership to deliver outstanding financial results; proven ability to drive GSS
