Position: General Manager
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team of Restaurant Managers and Team Members in delivering an excellent guest experience, increasing guest counts, sales, and MOP growth. The role involves ensuring alignment with company standards, coaching and developing team members, managing restaurant operations, and making key decisions to drive success. This position is based at the Hanover-Arundel Mills location in Hanover, MD.
Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant KM or AGM with extensive knowledge of TGI Fridays recipes, policies, and standards; possess business acumen and ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial projections; must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards; knowledge of POS system and back-office systems; physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and good communication skills in English.
