Position: General Manager 5 – Food
About: Sodexo, a leading company in food services, is seeking a General Manager 5 of Food & Nutrition Services for Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS. The General Manager will oversee all food and nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail food service, and catering. This role involves managing a team of managers supporting up to 83 frontline team members. Registered Dietitian credentials are highly preferred for this position.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 5 years of management experience; 5 years of functional experience; strong employee engagement leadership skills; previous supervisory experience; culinary production experience; background in safety and sanitation compliance; ability to manage multiple priorities; professional communication skills; passion for customer service excellence; knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS), The Market Connection (TMC), Sodexo Menu Graphics (SMG), Catetrax, and proficient in computer skills; experience in report management
