Position: General Manager
About: A pet boarding and daycare facility seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations, ensuring excellent client experience for guests, clients, and staff. This role is full-time, offering up to $55,000 per year based on experience, with comprehensive benefits. The position entails 40-hour weeks, split shifts from 7-11am and 2-6pm on weekdays and weekends, with 2 days off weekly. This role is 100% onsite. Responsibilities include supervising animal care, daily operations management, staff training, budget oversight, client engagement, and more.
Requirements: Supervisory and leadership experience; Animal Care experience; BA preferred but not required; Genuine love for dogs; Proficiency in budgeting and profitability strategies; Strong customer service techniques; Knowledge of HR policies and protocol development; Organizational and interpersonal skills; Experience in staff management, coaching, development, and performance appraisals; Ability to multi-task, drive initiative programs, and develop employees.
