Position: General Manager
About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. The General Manager will lead, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management preferred; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; must be able to stand for extended periods and handle diverse responsibilities; familiarity with Wendy’s operations and standards is a plus
