Position: General Manager
About: Vegas Born located at HMSHost in Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a General Manager I (GM) to oversee the operations of a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants. The GM will be responsible for ensuring high operational and financial standards, coaching and supporting staff, and driving revenue through creative strategies.
Requirements: GMIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing the types of restaurants to which the role is assigned, with a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the experience requirement. Demonstrated team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills are essential, along with knowledge of HMSHost policies and operations standards.
