About: Sushi-san, a renowned sushi restaurant chain with its newest location in Nashville, offers a vibrant dining experience with a menu curated by Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan. Guests can enjoy a variety of signature maki, nigiri, sashimi, handrolls, and robata-grilled dishes while dining to the beats of golden-era hip-hop. This location marks the expansion of Sushi-san outside of Chicago.
Requirements: Two years of General Manager experience; lead and direct restaurant operations effectively; assist with training, recruiting, and financial duties; provide exceptional guest service; manage costs and drive sales; lead and develop teams; lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed
