Position: GENERAL MANAGER
About: Upscale yacht club is seeking an experienced General Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong operational expertise, and an outgoing personality to lead its operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts or related field; Five (5) years of management leadership in an upscale restaurant (front and back of house) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; Full knowledge of restaurant’s handbook and ability to enforce standards; Extensive bar and wine experience; Proficiency in sales, cost, and P&L management; Strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and motivating teams; Computer literacy in Word, Excel, POS, Open Table; Familiarity with safety and security procedures; Ability to build strategic relationships and represent the restaurant in the market; Community involvement experience
