Requirements: No industry experience or licenses required; motivating team members and driving accountability; delivering exceptional customer experience; maintaining property profitability; 2-4 years experience as General Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant General Manager; comfortable with accountability conversations and performance improvement plans; hands-on leadership approach; open to feedback and solution-oriented; passionate about developing others; strong sales and business management skills
