Position: General Manager

Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous manner. Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings. Participate in M.O.D. coverage. Maintain regular attendance, high standards of personal appearance, and comply with hotel standards and regulations. Must be effective in problem-solving, handling confidential information, and perform duties as requested by management.
