Position: General Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, FRSCO Corporation, and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous General Manager experience running high volume locations; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired; minimum age of 18 years to be a manager; ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; capable of general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and reaching up to clean equipment; able to stand for entire shift up to 8 hours; Servsafe certification and attendance at McDonald’s training classes
