Position: General Manager
About: The company is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation while upholding the company’s vision, values, and culture. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the workforce, creating a positive workplace environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability through sales and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred; Valid driver’s license and car insurance required; Certification through Management Training Programs required; Completion of Next Step Management Development program required; Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certification preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required. Skills/Competencies: Thorough understanding of restaurant operating and management techniques; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking abilities; Proficient in financial analysis and troubleshooting; Ability to lead and motivate teams; Clear and effective English communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and POS systems; Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
