Position: General Manager
About: Hopdoddy is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of their restaurant operations, including team management, guest service, financial management, and business development. The ideal candidate will uphold the company’s standards and ensure a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Must have good math and communication skills; Minimum 3 years of experience as a salaried Manager in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant; Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching, directing, and motivating a team; Exposure to P&L management and sales building highly desirable
