Position: General Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The General Manager at this restaurant is responsible for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while managing a team of Department Managers and overseeing hiring and development of managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous General Manager experience running high volume locations; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired; minimum age of 18 to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants
