Position: General Manager
About: Bruegger’s Bagels is a renowned bagel and cream cheese establishment committed to serving genuine New York-style bagels and maintaining work-life balance for its team with stores closing at 2pm. They are currently seeking a General Manager to join their team and oversee all aspects of the store with a ‘treat it like you own it’ philosophy.
Requirements: 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting; hands-on operators with the ability to motivate and inspire the team; experience in P&L analysis; proven strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets; ability to recruit quality team members and develop internal talent; must be at least 18 years old to apply.
