Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; minimum of 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience; Serve Safe certified; proficient in organizing shifts, appraising staff, and creating detailed reports; knowledge of effective marketing strategies and local brand promotion; experience in maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance, and enforcing high standards; established success in overseeing daily operations, financial management, and achieving performance targets; proven ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams; track record of ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficiently handling complaints
