Position: General Manager

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of prior restaurant management experience; excellent people management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, promoting teamwork, and performance management; Servsafe and Food Safety Handler Certification required (or within 30 days of hiring); TIPS certification required (or within 30 days of hiring); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong catering/to-go and events background; knowledge of business financials, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reports; experience with bar service and understanding of liquor laws; ability to manage labor, inventory, and waste effectively; strong communication and interpersonal skills; business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy; flexibility to work a schedule averaging 55+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; adherence to company uniform and appearance policies.
