Position: General Manager
About: TGI Fridays, located at 5901 Route 42 Washington Plaza Blackwood, NJ – 08012 in TURNERSVILLE, NJ, is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team of Managers and Team Members in delivering an exceptional Guest experience while ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager or Assistant General Manager with in-depth knowledge of TGI Fridays recipes, policies, and standards; Business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial analysis; Capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for hourly positions; Proficiency in POS and back-office systems; Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift up to 30 lbs, and communicate effectively in English; Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
