Position: General Manager
About: MOD Pizza, a company dedicated to making a positive social impact in the lives of its employees and the communities they serve, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead their restaurant team. At MOD, the focus is on developing engaged and loyal customers while achieving business goals through authentic interactions and experiences. The General Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining profitability and embodying the MOD Pizza culture in all aspects of the operation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant; tenacious spirit and sense of ownership for the business; proven success in training, developing, and leading teams; experience in inventory management within a food service environment; must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of starting; must be at least 21 years old
