Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant management experience; experience as a Chipotle Apprentice; ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel; exceptional customer service skills; ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and health department matters; A.A. or B.A./B.S in a related field; proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite
