Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry; exceptional leadership skills; strong business operations understanding; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of local health and safety regulations; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
