Position: General Manager
About: A high-end restaurant in search of a General Manager to lead the team to success while maintaining core values of hospitality, intention, respect, and evolution. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: 2-4 years of team management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting; strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to handle multiple priorities; self-starter who thrives under pressure, highly accountable and responsible; exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders in changing environments; proficiency with technology, including Canva skills; professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
