The position entails managing daily operations of a full-service cafe, focusing on culinary excellence, high-end catering, active cooking, and customer engagement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of management experience; 5 years of functional experience; extensive experience as an Executive Chef with a strong understanding of high-end catering; proven ability to lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams; strong financial acumen and expertise in budgeting and cost management; creative and innovative mindset focused on revenue growth and cost optimization; customer-focused approach with a track record in organizational development; proficient in utilizing food management systems and operational tools
