Position: General Manager 4 – Food
About: Sodexo is hiring for a General Manager 4 – Food position at Morton Hospital in Taunton, MA. The GM will oversee a team of three managers and approximately 30 frontline unionized staff members. Morton Hospital, affiliated with Brown University Health, is a small community hospital with around 120 acute care beds.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 5 years of management experience and 5 years of functional experience in food and nutrition leadership within a healthcare setting; strong client relationship management and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proven track record in team building, mentoring, and coaching
