Position: General Manager 4 – Food
About: Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled General Manager for a Corporate Services account in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves leading daily operations of a full-service cafe, focusing on culinary excellence, high-end catering, actively cooking, and driving customer engagement through outstanding food presentation and service. The responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing payroll and HR functions, training and developing a team of up to 7 associates, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be driven, a self-starter with strong organizational skills, and a passion for food.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of management experience; minimum 5 years of functional experience. Extensive experience as an Executive Chef, strong understanding of high-end catering, proven ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, strong financial acumen, creative and innovative mindset, customer-focused approach, proficient in utilizing food management systems and operational tools.
