Position: General Manager
About: McDonald’s is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a busy restaurant. The General Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness by setting and achieving goals in collaboration with the leadership team. This position involves leading a team of Department Managers, hiring and developing managerial staff, and continuously improving restaurant operations to drive success.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred; minimum age of 18 years to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
