Requirements: Minimum of 5 years recent restaurant management experience; a college degree is a plus; ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; leadership skills; reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings; professional communication (verbal and written), good organization, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers; ServeSafe Certification maintained in good standing. Ensures staff has current Food Handlers Cards.
