Position: General Manager
About: Crumbl Cookies is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring employee and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of previous restaurant experience or in a similar role; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred; Proven leadership skills of large teams of 30+; Clear communication with team members through emails and online calendars; Inventory management and ordering; Maintain online staff scheduling up to date using applications and usage; Group communications and basic task management apps; Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps, with emphasis on common spreadsheet functions; Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles; Time and project management skills; Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies; Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members; Serve Safe or equivalent certification; Valid driver’s license
