Position: General Manager
About: Alibi Bar and Lounge located in the Liberty Hotel in Boston is seeking a professional and experienced General Manager. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of restaurant and bar management, capable of adapting to different pressures and expectations, leading by example, and ensuring a smoothly run bar and lounge that provides a great guest experience and fosters a positive staff culture.
Requirements: Passion and vision for hospitality and guest service; Excellent communicator, both verbal and written; Demonstrable ability to multi-task; Strong organizational skills; Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency; Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people; Strong presentation skills; Good knowledge of food, beverage, and market trends; Knowledge of RESY, Toast, MS Office, Tripleseat, Review platforms, and other software a plus
