Position: General Manager!
About: The General Manager at a McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is responsible for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness by setting goals, creating plans, leading a team of Department Managers, and hiring and developing managers. This role requires previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous General Manager experience in high volume locations, ideally in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail; minimum age requirement of 18 for management positions
