About: Bruegger’s Bagels, a well-established bagel bakery known for its authentic New York-style bagels and commitment to work-life balance for its team, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a hands-on approach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting; ability to motivate and inspire team members; familiarity with P&L analysis and proven strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets; experience in recruiting and developing team members; minimum age requirement: 18 years old
