Position: General Manager
About: This company is offering a unique entrepreneurship opportunity for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, drive growth, develop staff, and lead acquisition activities. The role involves creating a culture of customer excellence and employee satisfaction in a fast-paced industry. Experience in the trades is preferred but not necessary, as General Managers will receive intensive training before assuming the senior leadership role.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent; 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience required, P&L experience strongly preferred; Experience with, or deep respect for Skilled Trades and/or similar industries; Strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to apply critical thinking and develop solutions; A leader of character; A leader who inspires ‘followership’ amongst the team
