About: Heirloom Restaurant Group is a restaurant brand management company with a focus on creating meaningful dining experiences. Tossd is their newest restaurant concept offering healthy salads, bowls, baked breads, and desserts with drive-through convenience. They currently have three locations in Utah County and plan to expand further across Utah and Salt Lake counties. They are seeking a motivated individual to help grow this concept into a national brand.
Requirements: Proven experience in fast food restaurant management, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence; strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in restaurant management software and computer applications; knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences; ability to make strategic decisions and lead a diverse team; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe food safety manager certification; Utah food handlers permit; good driving record
