Position: General Manager
About: Sonic of CT is seeking a SONIC Drive-In General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Drive-In, ensuring quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for an enjoyable guest experience. As the highest management position, the General Manager is accountable for the Drive-In and its operations, including hiring, training, managing Great People, leading by example, managing profit and loss, resolving employee concerns, and fostering team success.
Requirements: Prior management experience; high standards for self and the team; positive attitude, especially during rushes or stressful situations; resiliency in problem-solving and continuous improvement; eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally; ability to prioritize and complete tasks accordingly; excellent leadership and communication skills; associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred; willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
