Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the Family of Brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. The General Manager will lead by example, provide ongoing coaching, oversee marketing efforts, ensure adherence to quality standards, and create an environment conducive to growth and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
