About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies with over 900 locations in 14 states, offering title loans/pawns and personal loans in select states since 1998.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet the physical demands of the position
