About: Clarus Group is seeking a dedicated SONIC Drive-In General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Drive-In, ensuring quality food and a pleasant guest experience. This role involves leading the Drive-In team to deliver exceptional service and maintaining a clean and efficient environment for guests to enjoy.
Requirements: Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry highly preferred; high standards for self and the team; positive attitude, especially under pressure; resiliency and eagerness for growth; ability to prioritize tasks, strong leadership, and communication skills; associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred; willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
