Position: GENERAL MANAGER
About: The GM of Lion’s Choice is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, including oversight of the staffing, equipment, product control, guest service, and general upkeep. Business is conducted through open communications with guests, auditing, and coaching team members.
Requirements: High school diploma required; some college preferred; Management experience required; experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel; must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required
