Requirements: 5-7+ years of direct leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and supervising a team; preferred experience in hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry; proven success in driving sales, financial, and operational results; strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, residents, and clients
