Requirements: Minimum of 5 years recent restaurant management experience; A college degree is a plus; Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Leadership Skills; Reliable transportation and positive attendance record; Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings; Professional communication and interpersonal skills; ServeSafe Certification maintained in good standing
