Position: GENERAL MANAGER
About: We are looking to hire a General Manager for a full-service, upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Fine Dining or Upscale Casual operations with a strong understanding of all aspects of restaurant management, including P&L, community interaction, and operational control.
Requirements: At least 5 years of GM or AGM experience in a Fine Dining or Upscale Casual restaurant; Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management; Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train, and motivate teams; Proficiency in sales, cost management, and P&L analysis; Familiarity with restaurant management systems and software such as POS and Open Table
