Requirements: High-service pedigree with 5-6+ years of management experience in fine dining, including 2-3+ years in a Michelin restaurant; extensive knowledge of wine and spirits; exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record in team motivation and development; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; keen attention to detail and ability to manage complex responsibilities independently; flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays; food safety certification.
