Position: General Manager
About: Bear Family McDonald’s Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to join their team. As a multi-million dollar restaurant operator, the General Manager plays a key role in driving the success of the Bear Family brand as one of the top McDonald’s restaurants.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR concept or quick casual environment; Hamburger University diploma required for former or relocating McDonald’s general managers; Experience in driving sales, profit and loss, and guest satisfaction; Strong leadership and team development skills with open availability for scheduling; Excellent communication, time management, computer, and driving skills
