Position: General Manager 3 – Food
About: Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 – Food at HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland located in Pearland, TX. HCA Pearland is a 49-bed acute full-service Level IV Trauma hospital offering fast and effective care. The General Manager will focus on food operations, labor productivity, budgets, client relations, and strategies for patient/guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 3 years; Basic Functional Experience – 3 years; strong leadership skills, previous supervisory experience, ability to work collaboratively; culinary production experience, background in safety and sanitation compliance; ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, passion for high customer service level; ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
